Receiving an order for an aerocom or Safe-linK pneumatic tube system is the beginning of a long partnership with our customer.
Like all mechanical systems service and support is essential to maintain a quality performance from your pneumatic tube for many years.

Our support is provided to customers to meet with their needs;

Hospital:
24 hour support by telephone or modem

Retail:
12-hour support (8 to 8) Monday / Friday
4 hour support (9 to 1) Sat / Sun

Industry:
12-hour support (8 to 8) Monday / Friday

Commercial:
12-hour support (8 to 8) Monday / Friday
4 hour support (9 to 1) Sat / Sun

Telephone support can overcome most difficulties, however, if a service call is required our service department will make the necessary arrangements with the customer.

The aerocom ac 3000 is fully computerized and can be accessed with a password by modem link. All functions of the system can be interrogated and adjusted to ensure continuous service with the minimum of downtime.
