The National Marketing and Sales Awards 2004 were held on 11th February 2004 at The Burlington Hotel, Dublin.
Account management is increasingly seen as a distinct and important sales function. Entries must show how well they manage their accounts in terms of;
• Control - is the account manager established within the account to ensure a pro-active approach to opportunities and issues?
• Security - how secure is the account from changes in personnel, direction or strategy?
• Business development and growth.
